Hindsight Software is looking for talented senior and mid-level software developers (full-time and part-time) to join the agile team behind our award-winning product, Behave Pro. With customers across the globe in the USA, UK, Australia and beyond, Behave Pro enables user story collaboration between product owners, developers and testers, all within Jira and integrated with Cucumber, GitHub and Bitbucket.
We are a fast-paced and innovative SaaS company, and the ideal candidate to join our team will be passionate about software development, able to think on their feet, willing to contribute to technology discussions, and prepared to roll up their sleeves and implement what was discussed. Salary range: £35,000 to £65,000
Location: Epsom, Surrey (UK)
Annual paid holiday: 20 days plus 8 statutory bank holidays (or pro rata for part-time)
Pension: membership of workplace pension scheme subject to qualifying criteria

Who are we?
Hindsight Software is a small but growing company based in Epsom, Surrey but with a global market. We create enterprise-grade tools and provide training to help companies integrate behaviour driven development (BDD) into their software development process. BDD is an analysis technique for discovering and communicating software requirements between business stakeholders and software developers, which is a common failure point in many projects. Our client industries range from e-commerce and retail, to regulated environments such as medical software and banking.
